Remove unique barriers to effective integration of visible minority women in Saskatchewan. Targets women of African descent Francophone women included.

Capacity Development for Community Organizations
Support the establishment of strong and effective African descent community organizations able to develop and implement programs that meet community needs.

Individual and Family Support Services
Support healing and overcoming oppression, positive self- identity and awareness, and to enhance skills in personal and inter-relationships.

Professional Development for Members
Provide resources to immigrant professionals to help them practice in their chosen professions in the shortest time possible.
